Training

Individually tailored training program for both horse and rider composed of lessons, training rides, and horse management. 

Full care of the horse includes grooming, tacking services before and after scheduled riding, as well as scheduling of routine care. 

Only offered to horses in a "Lay Up" situation for 30 days or more that are unable to be in training. Includes basic grooming and rehab management.

Applied to the cost of supplies and equipment required to run daily operations and care for each horse. 

Body clipping will be done at the owner's request or trainer's discretion. To be paid directly to the grooms at the time of service.

A commission of 12% will be charged on all sales, leases and purchases. 

Client is responsible for trainer travel costs when applicable.

Local shows less than 4 days will be billed at $75/day

Must be paid with a separate check on or before the Saturday of the competition week. Tipping is not mandatory, however it is strongly encouraged.

Applied to the cost of grooming supplies as well as the tack room and office set up

All expenses incurred by Westwood staff during the competition will be divided equally among the horses attending the show including hotel, travel, and per Diem

Whenever possible these charges will be split in the horse show office and appear on your bill at checkout. 

Whenever possible medication will be purchased directly from the veterinary care provider and will be billed directly to the client, otherwise medication provided by Westwood will be charged to the client at cost.
